Higgins Surveyors (HS) is the prototypical case. They have been in business in one form or another for the better part of forty years and managed to stay competitive through great skills and word of mouth.
WHAT WE DID!
Although a plunge had not been taken HS were keen to dip their toe in the water. We worked with Higgins to define the scope of work – with a client that is on a budget it’s extremely important to move through this process as smoothly as possible to spend the time where it matters most – the design and build.
