Transpacific is Australia’s leading waste management brand. One of their individual brands, Cleanskip, was losing ground to their competition on the digital front. Our digital development partners, Jay Digital, were brought in to reverse Cleanskip’s fortunes.

What we did!

Transpac needed a solution for ordering skips online. The solution had to be simple, responsive and like everything they do clean. Apart from the ordering of the skips, the brand needed to confirm that they are the leader in all waste management activities in Australia.

Jay enlisted the Remember Creative team to handle the design and user experience for the new website.


To make something appear simple can be incredibly complex. With the varying rules governing skip placement, ease of access and varying sizes we designed a simple four step process for any customer to order a skip. The messaging was clear and with a suite of graphical representations for ease of use Transpac customers have found ordering online a transparent process.

It’s not every day you can say a client’s business is garbage… but for this one we helped create a national online booking portal for Transpac’s Cleanskip business. We brought the interface to life with 3D renderings, and a clean user experience (all puns intended).
