Intro:

One of our favourite social clients, Nover, was building a new eCommerce platform and although a robust system they thought that they might need to educate their users on how exactly the platform worked.

Process:

Through a thorough strategy meeting we ascertained that not only is the video to help explain how to use the shop but also to help reengage previous customers that had grown tired of using the previous stale ordering system. We provided a copy audit and then we got to designing. Some basic designs turned into storyboards which turned into animatics and then finally the finished product with backing track and professional voice over.

What We Did:

The client was happy at every turn with approvals coming fast. Which worked well seeing as the timeline was incredibly short to get it ready in time for the new site launch and a very important conference. Along with an awesome explainer video we helped the activation along with a landing page and associated campaign.
