HOW FIT ARE YOU?

This is a series of questions we use to get an overarching view of where you and your company stand in terms of the role digital plays in your business.

There are two sections: The first is a series of statements please answer each with a score out of 10 (a score of 10 would mean you agree strongly with the statement); the second we ask for your specific input.

We will then review the answers and provide you a score out of 100 giving you a valuable insight into your digital fitness.

SECTION ONE - RATE YOURSELF

1. My business has a clearly articulated vision for our digital platforms - website, social media profiles etc. and it is directly related to our mission and strategy to compete & grow?

2. Our digital platforms and communication strategy is designed to attract new business and convert the type of clients we want. We are able to clearly articulate who those clients are - and use our digital assets to target them.

3. We have processes and resources in place to produce the ongoing content for our site and communications.

4. We have a clear budget (both time and money) and understand the value proper communications and digital assets can bring to our business.

5. We know and understand that our website must work in tandem with our overall strategy including marketing and communications.

6. We understand our current site – its strengths, its weaknesses and what role it plays. We can clearly articulate how we want our site to evolve inline with our business objectives.

7. We understand the current trends in digital and where our customers are looking for our brand and products. We have a clear vision of how and where we want to stamp our digital footprint.

Ok, so we have picked your brain and you have given us some insights into your organisation, the clarity of its goals and objectives and its understanding and commitment to the digital environment. Now we need to get some more detailed information about your business and the current state of play.

6. Do you use traditional media (Newspaper, TV etc) to promote your business?
